Sativa Springs Influencers : Deliverables Guide

The Influencer will deliver the agreed number of posts on the agreed platforms on behalf of the Advertiser, Sativa Springs, according to the Timeline specified below by the Advertiser.

1. At Least Three Instagram Posts with Mentions and Tags

The Influencer is to create at least three posts to be distributed on the Influencer's Instagram page:

  • The first post should be made immediately upon completion of registration announcing the beginning of the Influencer's journey with Sativa Springs.
  • The second post should be made immediately upon receipt of the product by the Influencer. This post should include a product image.
  • The third post should be made before the end of sixty days.
  • Additional posts to promote the product may be made at the Influencer's discretion.

We encourage influencers to be themselves, unique and creative when creating posts for this collaboration. Images should be of highest quality, focused, and a great representation of the Influencer's brand and Sativa Springs. When writing copy to accompany the images it should always include the following:

  • Disclosure should be clear that this is a sponsored post by using "#sponsored"
  • A link ( @sativasprings ) and tag in the image
  • Mention the Influencer's unique 15% off discount code
The copy/image cannot contain:
  • Competing brands handles, names, website, etc.
  • Anything deemed inappropriate in nature

2. At Least Five Instagram Stories with Mentions and Tags
The Influencer can use this time to connect with their audience and tell them about the collaboration; include what the Influencer loves about Sativa Springs. It is important to keep this messaging organic and natural. Here are some points to cover:

  • Mention the Sativa Springs brand and link to the Sativa Springs (@sativasprings) Instagram profile in each relevant story
  • Provide a link to swipe up to the Sativa Springs website (www.sativasprings.com) when applicable
  • Mention the Influencer's unique 15% off discount code
  • Describe the benefits of CBD

No approval is necessary but if something is seen by Sativa Springs that is out of line, the Influencer will be asked to take it down and provide a correction.

The Services shall conform to the specifications and instructions of the Advertiser as outlined in detail in the Deliverables Guide, and abide by the rules of the relevant social media platforms. If Sativa Springs feels the images are not acceptable we retain the right to ask the images to be deleted from the Influencer's social media channel.

3. At Least One Facebook Page Post with Mentions and Link
The Influencer is to create at least one post to be distributed on the Influencer's Facebook page.

  • The first post should be made within the first thirty days after completion of registration.
  • Additional posts to promote the product may be made at the Influencer's discretion.
We encourage influencers to be themselves, unique and creative when creating posts for this collaboration. Images should be of highest quality, focused, and a great representation of the Influencer's brand and Sativa Springs. When writing copy to accompany the images it should always include the following:

  • A link ( @SativaSprings ) and tag in the image
  • Mention the Influencer's unique 15% off discount code
  • A direct link to the Sativa Springs website — www.sativasprings.com
The copy/image cannot contain:
  • Competing brands handles, names, website, etc.
  • Anything deemed inappropriate in nature

Items to Avoid in Sativa Springs Sponsored Influencer Posts: The Influencer agrees to avoid mentioning the following agreed competitors of The Advertiser: any local or national brands that sell similar products. The Influencer agrees that all material created, blog posts, social media statuses, tweets, and/or comments should be in good taste and free of inappropriate language and/or any content promoting bigotry, racism or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.

 

TIMELINE / CHECKLIST

  1. Influencer to complete and submit Registration — Agreeing to Services, Compensation and Commissions
  2. Influencer receives email verification of Registration with link to Commissions Dashboard (will come from Affiliatly)
  3. Influencer receives email with unique discount code (will come from Sativa Springs)
  4. Influencer to make first Instagram post in order to receive Compensation
  5. Influencer receives Compensation: Sativa Springs will ship complimentary product (Compensation) to the address received on the Registration Form (Allow 3-5 business days for arrival)
  6. Influencer to make second Instagram post immediately upon receipt of the product
  7. Influencer creates at least one post to be published on the Influencer's Facebook page within thirty days of completion of registration
  8. Influencer to post at least 5 Instagram stories over the course of the 60 day engagement
  9. Influencer to make third Instagram post within the 60 day engagement
  10. Sativa Springs mails commission check to Influencer after a minimum of 30 days from purchase and $50.00 minimum has been met (see Article 9 of the Sativa Springs Influencers Agreement for explanation)
  11. Influencer may continue to make posts after the 60 day engagement has been completed to promote product and increase their commissions as they see fit, and Influencer will continue to adhere to the guidelines and conditions of the original contract; Influencer's unique discount code to remain active indefinitely at the discretion of Sativa Springs
