30-Day, Hassle Free Return Policy: Try our products risk-free for 30 days, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return the product and we will promptly issue a refund for the purchase price of the product not including shipping cost. Simply contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, put "Refund” in the subject line and give us a brief description of your order and your reason for return. Instructions to complete the return will then be issued. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
S H I P P I N G P O L I C Y
Rise Biologics, LLC / Sativa Springs maintains standard business hours of 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday. Orders received before 12:00 pm CST on any business day will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 12:00 pm CST will be shipped the next business day. An order is considered “received” as soon as the customer’s credit card payment has been cleared through our credit card merchant. Orders with credit card payments that are denied by our credit card merchant will not be received unless another payment option has been provided by the customer and approved by our credit card merchant.
When shipping within the contiguous U.S., your order is estimated to arrive within 2-4 days based on your location and selected shipping speed.
